Because each item is made to order through our print-on-demand service, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details — including size, color, and shipping address — before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Our team will review your case and, if eligible, issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing errors due to incorrect selection

  • Slight color variations between your screen and the actual product

  • Products damaged from improper care or normal wear and tear
